Waiting on Wednesday #18- Forsaken

Waiting On Wednesday is a meme hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine.

Release Date: January 7th 2011
Publisher:  Macmillan Children's Books
Paranormal/Supernatural Romance

Riley has always wanted to be a Demon Trapper like her father, and she's already following in his footsteps as one of the best. But it's tough being the only girl in an all-guy world, especially when three of those guys start making her life more complicated: Simon, the angelic apprentice who has heaven on his side; Beck, the tough trapper who thinks he's God's gift, and Ori, the strikingly sexy stranger who keeps turning up to save her ass. One thing's for sure - if she doesn't keep her wits about her there'll be hell to pay... - from Goodreads
Have you ever wanted a book just because it reminded you of another book, and if you really really wanted it, you could pretend in your mind that that book was going to be just as good as the book in which it reminded you of. Yes? No? You following me here? Well that is why I have decided that I really want to read this book. Though it seems that it is not only going to be a love triangle, but a love quadrilateral (I could have said square, but the sophisticated thing to do is use big words these days). With this WoW I am officially ending the love triangle trend that has become of my WoWs. For 1 reason, I despise books with love triangles. I don't like to read them. I like the leading male, then all of a sudden a new leading male comes and there is this huge catastrophe. OR, I don't like the leading male, then another one whom I do like comes, and the leading female seems to want the 1st leading male when it is obvious he is a loser. You see what I mean. But I'm hoping this one will be one of the good love shape books, fingers crossed. Oh and if my rant hasn't distracted you and you are still wondering which book this one reminds me of, it's the Strange Angels series by.  Lili St. Crow!

What are you waiting for this Wednesday?
