Sorry, it has taken so long to get the second place winner out there. There were technical difficulties regarding the first place winner. I would also like to apologize to those that entered the contest not knowing that it wasn't international. I tried to make it as big and reiterate it as much as I could on the contest page that I couldn't ship internationally, but still for some, they did not see it.
